MSN Autos service providers continually monitor all Qualified Dealers to ensure a consistent, high-quality shopping experience for all MSN Autos customers.

Why the New-Car Buying Service Is Free
Qualified Dealers on MSN Autos pay a subscription fee to be part of the New-Car Buying Service. The Qualified Dealer benefits from increased traffic, decreased marketing and sales costs, and from the increased ease and efficiency that comes with dealing with well-informed MSN Autos customers. You pay nothing to participate and are under no obligation to purchase a vehicle.

• The price quoted will be the most competitive price the dealer can give. Period. Customers will not have to haggle.

• A customer's time will be valued. As much paperwork and processing as possible will be done prior to the customer's arrival at the dealership.
