Suggested Retail - This is the price a dealer would ask for a car if they were to sell it on their lot. This price represents a fully reconditioned vehicle in excellent condition. In many cases, it is warranted for a limited time by the dealer.
Private Party - Positioned between suggested retail and trade in value, this price is what a private party would ask for a vehicle they were selling on their own. This vehicle is purchased "as-is" and carries no warranty of any kind.
Trade-in Value - This is the price a dealer will offer for your car with the understanding that the value of your trade in will then be applied to the purchase or lease of a new car. Some dealers may also be willing to buy your car outright for this value. Learn more about your car's trade-in value by using our Blue Book Trade-in Value feature.
